FAQ
Returns and Exchanges:
All items that are personalised are NOT accepted for returns or exchanges.
If the item arrives to you damaged we will replace for you.
Non personlaised items can be returned. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery. Make sure the item has not been used and is returned in the same condition as recieved. Refunds will then be sent once item is returned. Buyer pays return postage cost.
Care Instructions
Items which have been personalised with vinyl should not be placed in the dishwasher and should be handwashed only. Do not leave items to soak in water. This will damage the vinyl.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel doesn't arrive and is classed as 'Lost In the Post' please contact me within 10 working days of estimated delivery date.
Refunds
I do not refund if item has been delivered late or has missed the date you needed it by. E.g a birthday and postage was delayed.
Turn around time
Unless otherwise stated I have a 3-5 working day turn around time. This means the time it takes me from receiving your order to completing it and posting it. You will then have the delivery time on top of this.
